Job Duties: Work with bean sprouts growing technology in a large scale commercial bean sprouts production facility. Provide technical assistance to the full life cycle of the bean sprouts growing technology, such as specialized equipment installation, operation, monitoring, maintenance, harvest, storage and transportation. To ensure the production process complies with relevant environmental impact and consumer products food safety regulations. To produce the best yields from mung bean and soybean sprout seeds, monitor the production equipment’s water level, temperature, carbon dioxide, oxygen supply, and the timing of the sprouts maturity. Engage with cultivation, measuring, and packaging of bean sprouts which use specialized equipment and machine. Engage in growing process technical issues such as: microbial contamination, varietals, containers, light source, harvest process, postharvest handling and storage, and disease control. Teach and train other production staff.
