Place bean sprouts in a dish suitable for microwaves and set the timer to 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce, mayonnaise, or your favorite dressing. Enjoy!



Frying pan



Fry steaks (or chicken breast, pork chops, etc) in a frying pan. Remove meat and keep warm. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Flavor with salt and pepper.



Wok



Bean sprouts are a must in any stir-fry. Ideal combinations are:

-Peppers, cabbage, carrots, onions, and others.

-Bacon, beef, pork, or chicken short cuts.

-Noodles.

Perfect to use as a garnish on top of a soup or broth such as Ramen or Pho. (Please note: Even though some prefer to eat sprouts raw, we always suggest cooking or steaming sprouts before consuming them).

Combine sprouts into a breakfast omelet, pancake, or crepe



salads



Mix sprouts with an assortment of lettuce, vegetables, shrimp or tofu. Simply use sprouts as a side dish for any dinner plate or appetizer. ​
